About the team:

Our team is operating in a multidisciplinary fieldthat combines mechanical engineering, electronics, computer science, andcontrol engineering to design and create intelligent systems and products inhealthcare domain.

You as a team leader will:

  • Ensure your teams have the right competence mix andmindset required to build world-class medical products. This includes hiringand maintaining high employee engagement
  • Continuously foster a culture of open communicationand continuous improvement utilizing Agile and LEAN methodologies to establisha collaborative and inclusive environment that enables teams to build best inclass products in the most efficient manner 
  • Work with individual employees on their developmentplans and support them in excelling in their professional performance andgrowth
  • Continuously manage relationships with businesspartners to ensure their business needs are understood and subsequently makesure those business needs are met
  • Contribute as part of the management team to the definitionof the organizational strategy in line with company’s vision and driveimplementation in the assigned areas
  • Drive and contribute to various activities with thegoal to increase employee engagement by improving our organization for the goodof all employees
  • Contribute to maintaining and expanding of our talentpipeline 
  • Ensure that adequate development processes are inplace, to build medical software in compliance with regulatory requirements(e.g. ISO 13485, MDR, etc.)

We expect:

  • You already have experience in people management orperhaps a software development professional/mechanical design in a senior rolewho is looking for a change in your carrier path
  • You have graduated in mechatronic, mechanicalenigneering, computer science or related technical field.
  • You have clear understanding of processes withinProduct Lifecycle Management and have hands-on experience with LEAN and Agiledevelopment
  • Continuous Learning and Continues Improvement is partof your daily life with respect to yourself and for your environment
  • Ideally you have not only heard of coaching but areactively using this technique to enable your team members and peers to overcomeobstacles and find valuable solutions
  • You have worked in international project teams inglobally distributed environment and are comfortable with working with peopleof different cultural backgrounds
  • You have solid communication skills and are fluent inEnglish. Proficiency in German is a plus

Basic wage component (gross) and otherrewards: starting from 3000 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
