What part will you play?
- You are responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of a development team in the field of Substation Automation
- You coach your project managers/employees to enhance/ensure their skills, personal development, competencies, and the accumulation of know-how in accordance with current and future requirements
- You coach and advise project managers/development teams in implementing principles in agile software development (LEAN)
- Additionally, you improve productivity within the development by driving processes and implementing measures and relevant tools
- You also independently and responsibly manage smaller or larger projects (e.g., organizational or innovation projects) in an international environment
- Together with product management, you maintain the existing product landscape and, with your team, define the technology for future products
- You coordinate/design interfaces with other locations and external partners and suppliers

- The foundation of your success is a completed master's degree in a technical field or an equivalent education
- You have extensive experience in agile software development and a solid background in project management within an agile and internationally multicultural environment
- Your experience includes either technical or disciplinary leadership of employees, as well as coaching.
- You possess expertise in agile software development, LEAN, DevOps, and PLM processes.
- Knowledge of the Substation Automation portfolio would be advantageous.
- Given your operation in an international context, you have fluent proficiency in both German and English
- Your effective communication skills drive your goals forward in a results- and quality-oriented manner, aligning with the interests of your customers
