Job description

We are looking for a Team Assistant, who will take care about the daily run of our office in Bratislava. You would work with supportive colleagues in modern and welcoming office with at Lamacska cesta, with up to 20% of home office possible. A team assisstant is a central person with frequent interactions with other colleagues, and has significant impact on the smoothness and efficiency of our operations, as well as the working atmosphere at the workplace. We also welcome initiative and striving for making things better.


The job includesmainly the following tasks:

  • Ensuring smooth office operations
  • Relevant department purchase order management
  • Key user responsibility for company attendance system
  • Basic care taking of general office equipment (office management scope).
  • Preparation/processing of documents (formal/official communication)
  • Organization and support of internal meetings and events
  • Support of marketing and general departmental activities

Requirements andskills:

  • Minimum3 years proved experience at similar position
  • Positive, optimisticattitude and growth mindset
  • Initiative and self-drive approach
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills (mainly for internal agenda)
  • Coping with stress when timesget more intense
  • Experiences with MS Office (mainly Office365)
  • English B2 - proficientin speaking and writing

Basic wagecomponent (gross) and other rewards:starting from 1500 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
