We are looking for an Automation Business Segment Administrator for our Buffalo Grove, IL location. Reports to Senior Director of Building Automation Products.

Overview

This role will provide operational support for automation business segment that requires being highly organized, a good communicator and ability to manage complex processes related to Staff support, procurement, and product program execution.  

You will make an impact by:

  • Providing administrative support to Product Management teams for employee onboarding/offboarding, employee needs (shipping, travel, supplies, device management, etc.)
  • Opening purchase orders and serves as liaison with procurement teams and assists with troubleshooting vendor issues that may arise
  • Supporting co-op program, promotions and Northbound Club including handling customer inquiries and escalation processes and provide territory managers program status updates
  • Supporting customer meeting process in Buffalo Grove office
  • Supporting other responsibilities as necessary as business needs may arise.
 

Your success will be grounded in:

  • Bachelor’s or associate Degree required.
  • A minimum 3 years’ experience as an administrator in a corporate setting.

           Preferred qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience interacting with all levels of management and external customers
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft applications required
  • Ability to work with highly sensitive / confidential information
  • Excellent problem solver with demonstrated ability to research solutions
  • Ability to work under deadlines, multi-task and prioritize

The pay range for this position is $56,070-$96,120. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
