Talent Acquisition Intern

Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.

Are you currently pursuing a degree or a recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields, and looking for a 6-12 months internship opportunity in People & Organization with a focus on Talent Acquisition function with a global organization? If so, we wish to speak to you.

Throughout this internship, you will get an opportunity to support our Talent Acquisition function and will gain knowledge about Siemens Software business and the talent market.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Talent Acquisition function in the full candidate lifecycle.

• Bring the best candidates' experience by job posting, sourcing and screening candidates, interview arrangement, background checks, and offer management in a timely manner.

• Assist in strategic sourcing initiative by developing talent pipelines for upcoming roles.

• Maintaining various reports on hiring progress and other recruiting metrics.

• Learning recruitment strategies, policies and programs that deliver internal and external recruiting results to meet company's strategic needs.

• Work closely with global university hiring team to drive university hiring initiatives across the region.

• Performing other routine TA basic operations support as when required.

Requirements:

• Currently undertaking a Degree or a recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or any related field is preferred.

• Good interpersonal, communication and time management skills.

• Able to coordinate, work proactively and have a good sense of teamwork.

• Fast learner, data-driven and technology savvy person who has the genuine passion of Talent Acquisition.

• Familiar to Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.

• Have full working rights in Singapore.
