What are my responsibilities?

  • Support the Project Team in researching new digital technologies, tools, and platforms. Analyze their potential impact on business operations, customer experiences, and overall efficiency.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of digital solutions, including system integration, process automation, and application development. Contribute to various project tasks, such as data analysis, testing, and documentation.
  • Participate in data management activities, including data analysis, cleansing, and organization. Learn to utilize data insights to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their digital needs and provide support in leveraging digital tools and technologies. Communicate effectively with different stakeholders to gather requirements and provide assistance as needed.
  • Take part in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge of digital technologies and their applications. Learn from experienced professionals and gain practical skills in areas such as programming, system integration, and project management.
  • Contribute ideas and insights to support innovation efforts within the technology team. Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide input on how digital solutions can address business challenges and drive growth.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, database management, and application development frameworks.
  • Basic understanding of digital technologies such as cloud computing, AI, IoT, and big data analytics.
  • Certification in relevant technologies and project management methodologies is a plus.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
