Mission/Position Headline概述:
Implement Siemens financial guildline and R/IC to ensure books and records.
Provide professional financial support for business development.
遵从西门子财务,风险控制,内部控制准则。为业务发展提供专业的财务支持。

Areas of Responsibilties职责范围:
Budgeting and forecasting: CAPEX & OPEX, unit, headcount planning, productivity measures, etc.
年度预算与预测:资本性支出,运营成本,人数计划,生产力提高措施等。
Ensure month end closing activities smoothly: review order status, variance analysis, OCC checking, review GR/IR status, billing etc.
确保每月结账工作顺利进行:复查工单状态,差异分析,费用确认,收货及发票状态等。
Make financial reporting and analysis: timely delivery of monthly reporting package with high quality, provide comments and alerts, etc.
完成财务报表及分析:准时提供高质量的财务报表及相应分析,指出需要重视和注意的方面并进行跟踪。
Product Cost Control and Make Standard Cost & TP calculation.
进行产品成本控制及转移定价的计算。
R&D cost follow up and control to fulfill additional deduction and High and New Technology Enterprise requirement.
控制和跟踪研发费用,确保其满足研发加计扣除及高新企业的要求。
Deal with audit related activities: prepare PBC list, provide audit evidence, etc.
处理审计及相关事务:准备资料,提供审计证据等。
Support Risk and Internal Control activities, support compliance activities
支持协助风险控制及内部控制工作,协助合规事务。
