Russelectric, a Siemens Company, is looking for an energetic Engineering Support Programmer who will is responsible for the development of, and support of productivity and process management applications.

What are your job responsibilities?

·  Assembly of mechanical transfer switches and switchgear boards
·  Quality inspection
·  Inventory control, orders and organizing stock in the department
·  Assist in the flow of work for smooth operations
·  Solve and troubleshoot problems as they arise
·  Follow all Safety Procedures
·  Explain assembly procedures or techniques to other workers.
·  Clean working areas and parts, using cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths. Inventory tools.
·  Excellent communication skills to explain assembly procedures or techniques to other employees
What do you need to qualify for this role?
·  Successful applicant must be dependable and responsible
·  Ability to work well with all department team members
·  Must be able to print necessary wiring/assembly drawings from various programs on a computer
·  A wide range of knowledge in mechanical assembly.
·  Must be able to understand various drawings released from Engineering Department.
·  Good organizational skills, able to establish priorities and complete high volume workloads to specific deadlines
·  Experience working in a Lean Manufacturing environment
·  High School Diploma or equivalent
