The Siemens Industry, Inc.distribution center in Roebuck, SC is seeking a Switchboard Coordinator tobe an integral member of a diverse and dynamic team. You will make impact by the following responsibilities: 

Responsibilities

• Assemble standard Sentron productsaccording to standard procedures.
• Perform repetitive assembly operations toinclude: Placing parts in specified relationship to each other, fasteningcomponent parts on frames, subassemblies, or unit assemblies, screw, fastenparts together using hand tools or powered tools; test and adjust as necessary.
• Processes work orders (with the use ofcomputers, scanning devices, etc.) in adherence to the production schedule orexpedited orders.
• Gathers parts and accessories required inthe assembly process.
• Reports non-conforming items.
• Cleans and maintains equipment and workarea to ensure proper functioning and safe working conditions.
• Verifies that units meet specifications,tolerances, and customer order requirements.
• Performs other work as directed bySupervision.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 2 year of Manufacturing /Assembly Experience
• High School Diploma/GED
• Able to read blue prints
• Basic Computer Skills/ Microsoft OfficeSuite
• Knowledge of basic mechanical/measuringtool use

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

• Wiring experience and technical aptitude aplus.
• Working experience in SWBD products is aplus
• SAP knowledge to complete Confirmationsand Reports is a plus
