This is a role well suited to an ambitiousstudent, looking to prepare for next step in their career. As a SW Engineeringintern, you will be responsible for:

• You will design, implement and test product features for medical devices (Positron and Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography scanners) with guidance from other professionals as your mentors
• You will write automated tests and develop web-based test tools essential to ensure correctness and performance of our SW products

This position may suit you best if you like to do develop your career withHealthineers and:

• You want apply foundations learned in the academic environment and put them to use in the business world
• You want to learn about Molecular Imaging and how it applies to the healthcare industry and how it helps to enhance patient care
• You want to get to know real world challenges, level of due diligence required and how product-quality solutions are developed
• You want to take responsibility, to drive and own topics and have positive commitment to customers, company and team

Required skillsto have for the success of this role:

• Minimum 3.0 GPA (preferred)
• Master student studying Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related major
• Experience with object-oriented languages (preferably C#)
• Experience with web technologies is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of an agile team

Start Date: Summer2024
