The EU Taxonomy and CSRD are continuously evolving, providing new challenges and opportunities for growth. As a member of our Sustainability Reporting and Controlling team, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of reporting, ensuring data traceability and auditability, and guiding the build-up of a permanent EU Taxonomy and CSRD Innomotics structure. This is your chance to make a real impact and drive change within the organization and beyond, we are looking for new members for a highly motivated team!
  • You are responsible for definition, implementation and management of structured processes, tools and governance structures for extensive expansion of EU Taxonomy, CSRD and further sustainability reporting.
  • Therefore, you develop processes and structures to secure efficient and compliant EU Taxonomy, CSRD and sustainability reporting, ensuring data traceability and auditability.
  • Based on in-depth understanding of operational Business Controlling, you set the scene for step-up of reporting needs end to end, define and establish “classic” reporting structures (e. g. content, frequency, tools) and lead the newly defined sustainability-reporting towards Innomotics Management and stakeholders.
  • You will lead the definition and maintenance of harmonized Sustainability KPIs incl. Control Requirements.
  • In addition, you guide the implementation, maintenance and reporting of internal control systems, especially towards the step-up to “reasonable assurance.”
  • You support quantitative & qualitative disclosure of EU Taxonomy, CSRD and Sustainability KPIs. 
  • Defining improvement and transformation plans regarding reporting jointly with businesses and functions rounds your tasks.
Your profile.
  • You own a university degree (master's degree/diploma) in business administration, finance or comparable.
  • You have long-term professional experience in leading projects, incl. Business Transformation related projects; ideally in “operational business controlling“ (e.g./Factory/PLM-Experience) or business controlling.
  • You bring profound professional, international management knowledge in finance, controlling, accounting, closing procedures and standards.
  • You have broad expertise in turning reporting standards, business needs and emerging frameworks into operation. 
  • Additionally, you have a very good understanding of mass-data-management and excellent MS Office handling skills.
  • Strong project management, organizational and communicative skills with a consistent record in developing and driving business- and people-centric programs are your strengths.
  • Intercultural awareness is required, international experience is a plus.
  • You are experienced with company governmental structures and governance of international subsidiaries as well as management across multiple international legal entities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, combined with high analytical approach and skill-set, strong conceptional skills are positively evaluated.
  • You are result orientated, have a 'hands-on’ mentality to get things done and be ready for pioneer work and agile working mode.
  • Affinity and curiosity about technical contexts and IT-topics (e. g. data management, tool implementation, internal IT-controls) is part of your DNA.
  • Business proficiency in English with German as a big plus rounds your profile.
