What do you contribute?

You will be part of our team that integrates train control systems (ATP) from various manufacturers into the system environment of high-speed vehicles. We act as a link between various engineering departments, manufacturers, vehicle projects and project management in the high-speed sector. We coordinate the development, implementation and validation activities.

  • As a technical sub-project manager, you will independently optimize the implementation of planning (big picture, workflows, etc.) to control the workflows for your trade in the project. You will be responsible for ensuring the project objectives for the train control system of the vehicle.
  • You actively influence topics and specialist departments as well as the interface partners to achieve the project goal and the relevant sub-goals (milestones).
  • You independently create proposals for solutions to problems and coordinate these with your interface partners for implementation.
  • In close cooperation with engineering, vehicle design, suppliers and the project manager of the vehicle project, you will define and coordinate the implementation of the requirements up to the approval and commissioning of the high-speed vehicle in a national and international environment.
  • The technical management of a team of technical experts rounds off your tasks.


What do you bring along?

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, rail vehicle technology or industrial engineering.
  • You also have several years of professional experience in project management and/or engineering in an industry with project business.
  • You have already managed projects using established project management methods.
  • You have sound experience in working with international and intercultural teams.
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of the rail vehicle business.
  • You are business fluent in English and German and are willing to travel internationally.
