  • You will develop the concept for schedule management and the schedule structure, considering the project requirements (e.g. structuring, data integration, reporting, etc.).

  • You will regularly monitor adherence to deadlines and project progress (target/actual comparison) in all project phases and update the overall schedule.
  • You will create schedule analyses (critical path, buffer, milestone trend analysis) in coordination with the project managers. You review the schedule regarding potential critical situations. If deadlines are missed, you develop countermeasures together with the project and the specialist functions and check their effectiveness in the schedule.

  • The basis of your success is a degree in engineering/economics.
  • In addition, you have several years of professional experience as a scheduling manager in the plant/project business or alternatively in project management (preferably in rail vehicle technology).
  • You also have advanced knowledge of scheduling methods (network planning, milestone trend analysis) and project planning and controlling methods.
  • You will also have advanced knowledge of software-based scheduling tools, preferably Primavera EPPM P6 or similar tools (e.g. MS Project).
