The opportunity
As the new Strategy Consultant, you’ll become the key driver of growth and transformation for Siemens Healthineers Great Britain and Ireland business, reporting directly to the Head of Strategy and Value Added Services.
Role responsibilities
- Lead and manage transformation programs and strategic initiatives that align with organization’s strategic business objectives
- Prepare high-quality c-suite level engagements (e.g., for co-creation workshops) for GBI management and support in facilitating and driving results from these interactions
- Support the Head of Strategy and Value Added Services
- Develop and drive senior level communications, providing updates on strategic analysis, recommendations, and program implementation progress
- Liaise with different business units to establish project governance structures and ensure a scalable approach to program execution
- Provide management reports by centralizing information and delivering it to the right stakeholders, ensuring that management makes informed and timely decisions for the success of the project
- Monitor the status of milestones and deliverables across the portfolio and projects
- Monitor financial information such as budget, forecast, capacity, etc.
- Identify and track project risks and progress on mitigating these risks
- Forecast and enable resource capacity planning to get real-time foresight into project resourcing
Experience required
- Proven track record of strong performance in management consulting, with 2-3 years of experience in a tier 1 strategy/management consulting firm
- Track record of successfully leading large-scale projects and change programs in various industries; healthcare experience preferred but not compulsory
- Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly comprehend new topics and work independently
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with ability to effectively motivate, network, and influence across all levels of a business
- Strong leadership, talent, and intellectual capabilities, with a positive team attitude and spirit
- Seeking hands-on experience to drive tangible results and fast-paced opportunities for growth and development in transformation and/or general management
- Proven ability to deliver on ambitious targets and meet demanding deadlines
