The Challenge

Embark on your 12-month placement with us whilst taking part in ourfantastic intern development programme. We will create an individual trainingplan to help you develop the specific skills and knowledge required for yourrole. By the end of it, you will be set up with the best knowledge and hands-onexperience to equip you for your professional career in

• Sales
• Estimating
• Bids
• Regional customer stakeholder analysis,
• Support and generate presentation material,
• Implementation of opportunity wins strategies,
• Coordination of effective business plans
• Strategic events,
• 'Voice of the customer’ activities,
• Customer focused proposal generation includingestimating bid manager support,
• market & competitor analysis activities,
• Solution development for future opportunitiesacross all SMo RI business units.   

We are looking for innovative and inquisitive candidates thatdemonstrate the following:

• Studying towards a 2:2 or above in any degree
• You have a interest in Strategy and Business Development 
• You think logically, willing to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving
• You can work independently, safely and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change
• You enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions
