- Collaborate with internal and external teams, including the Global Academic Strategy team and different university leaderships.
- Develop comprehensive account plans and understand strategic account plans and development strategies.
- Create Workforce Development Success Stories involving specific universities.
- Utilize tools such as Salesforce.com, LinkedIn, Pitchbook, Tableau, and POET for list development.
- Perform hands-on outbound activities to communicate targeted messages.
- Strong understanding of sales operations and marketing strategies.
- Proficient in CRM and data analysis tools.
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with internal and external teams.
- Keen interest in education, workforce development, and university collaborations.
- Ability to develop strategic plans and execute targeted outreach initiatives.
