- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for the software marketing division.
- Build and deploy web analytics reporting supporting the go to market strategy.
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics across the organization.
- Regularly analyze and report on the division's performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
- Draft and review communications, presentations, and reports.
- Build and maintain SharePoint sites for internal communication and enablement.
- Facilitate effective communication flow within the organization.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare agenda and materials for meetings involving the VP, including quarterly team huddles, operations reviews and GMAR meetings.
- Ensure that the VP is well-prepared for meetings, providing necessary background information.
- Oversee key projects and initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to meet project objectives.
- Document meeting outcomes, action items, and follow up on task completion.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the field of analytics, data science, information technology, computer science, or related field.
- Data visualization experience with Tableau, PowerBI, Looker Studio or equivalent.
- Knowledge of programming languages such SQL, Python, R, or equivalent.
- Experience with data gathering and manipulation (merging datasets, identifying missing data, data cleansing).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to pattern match and notice anomalies within large sets of data.
- Possess strong communication, planning, scheduling, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication both verbal and written.
- Good problem solving and analytical skills with ability to handle multiple tasks at once and provide suggestions for possible solutions.
- Creative, motivated, solution-oriented and challenge seeking.
- Work independently and able to perform tasks with minimal supervision but also be a good team player who can work well in a multi-cultural environment.
