HR Operations Intern
 We are seeking an HR Talent Acquisition focused student who will work in close partnership with the HR Talent Acquisition Team to develop and a run best-in-class recruitment processes and procedures by ensuring that the team is both innovative and compliant.

Responsibilities
• Support the short- and long-term transition plans for the Operations team supporting operational systems, tools and processes across the organization which support the overall transition and standup activity
• Assist our University Relations Team with our Summer and Fall interns.
• Execute project plans and acquire data to support recruitment activities.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Experience
• Completing a degree in Human Resources or related field
• Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results against clearly defined deadlines is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required.

The salary range for this position is $18.00 to$44.00 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actualcompensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location aswell as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, andrelevant education/training.  Siemensoffers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees.
