Global Learning Services

Learning Services is responsible for thecreation of Curriculum to teach end users how to use Siemens products.  We architect learning and create detaileddesigns that outline presentation videos, demonstration videos, principal labs,procedural labs, and knowledge checks. These assets ensure successful knowledge transfer of productfunctionality, in support of customer enterprise learning and adoptionprograms. A lot of our work going forward will depend heavily on implementingAI and ChatGPT into curriculum development. Our content also must be rigorouslytested in virtual lab environments. Occasionally,we expand our knowledge of Siemens software products by discussing training andexamples with SMEs

Student Requirements:

·       Studying for a degree in ComputerScience, Computer Engineering, Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or relatedfield

·       Passionate about participating in acollaborative, mentorship program

·       Proactiveleader with strong work ethic

·      Sharpand tenacious trouble shooting skills

·       Exceptional analytical, investigative,and communication skills

·       Commanding grasp of Microsoft office

·      Quicklearner and adaptable

·      Autonomousworker/ Self-manager

·      Ableto communicate effectively with other teams and team members

The hourly range for this position is $22.00 to $50.00.Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees.
