Baseline Requirements: 

  • Currentlyenrolled as a university undergraduate or master’s student
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Authorizedto work in the United State without the need for current or future sponsorshipby the company
  • Metro Detroit area preferred; 100%remote also available

Creative Communications Intern
This internship opportunity will have an important role on the Executive &Culture Communications team within the Digital Industries Software business.S/he will assist in presentation development, including executive and subjectmatter expert PowerPoint presentations. This may include the creation ofgraphics and other creative materials as needed. The successful candidate willhave strong creative and organizational skills.
In this roleyou will:

  • Workcollaboratively to create graphics and imagery for presentations and otherartifacts produced by the team
  • Partnerwith a team of creative professionals, communicators and writers to helpsupport our executive team and drive employee engagement
  • Ensureconsistency with our brand and alignment with our messaging


Skills andabilities required:

  • Currentlyan undergraduate or pursuing a master’s in Graphic design, communications,journalism or similar area. 
  • Creativethinker who can work well as part of a team
  • Strongoral and written communication skills
  • Technicallyproficient in Microsoft required, specifically PowerPoint
  • Comfortablewith frequent meetings on video and/or the phone
  • Flexible,adaptable and proactive

 

The hourly range for this position is $18.00 to $44.00.Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees.
