Role Objective: To support the Advantedge AI Team in enhancingproductivity within the software professional services organization through theapplication of AI technologies.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Communication and Outreach:
- Develop and distributeupdates on AI projects to the professional services community.
- Organize and facilitateeducational events such as webinars and workshops on AI applications.
- Collect and analyzecommunity feedback to inform AI strategy and development.
Research and Analysis:
- Investigate cutting-edgeAI technologies and industry developments to propose innovative applications.
- Analyze potential AI usecases for technical and business viability.
- Create and discussreports regarding investigation and analysis.
Proof of Concept (PoC) Development:
- Contribute to thecreation of PoCs using Siemens Mendix and other platforms to validate AI usecases.
- Work alongside thetechnical team to merge AI capabilities with existing infrastructure.
- Document PoC results,including metrics and stakeholder feedback.
Production Delivery Support:
- Aid in scalingsuccessful PoCs to full production, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Contribute to thecreation of production-level code, comprehensive documentation, and userguides.
- Monitor deployed AIsolutions and assist in problem-solving and enhancement initiatives.
Collaboration and Team Support:
- Work withinterdisciplinary teams to integrate AI technologies seamlessly.
- Actively participate inteam meetings, offering insights on project status and obstacles.
- Undertake additionaltasks to further the team's objectives.
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a junior orsenior year of a Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or relatedprogram with an emphasis on AI.
- Solid understanding ofAI principles, machine learning algorithms, and data analytics.
- Proficiency inprogramming (Python) and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience inprogramming (Java, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Experience with cloudservices APIs (Azure, AWS, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with webapplication development.
- Exceptionalcommunication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts effectively.
- Analytical thinker witha knack for problem-solving and innovative solution development.
- Self-motivated learnerwith a keen interest in AI advancements.
The hourly range for this position is $22.00 to $50.00.Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees.
