Siemens CV Strategic Procurement Engineer
新能源商务车事业部 战略采购工程师 （天津）
What are my responsibilities?
1. Responsible to drive the overall purchasing performance in line with budget.
2. Lead the PPC measures including negotiation, localization and resourcing for CV direct materials.
3. Support MCP cost reduction measures, including design change, VA/VE for CV direct materials.
4. Manage supplier capacity and delivery issue together with headquarter procurement team.
5. Support the indirect material procurement including CAPEX
6. Responsible to drive the inventory turn improvement in line with budget.
7. Manage annual PVO budget and Monthly PPC reports.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. 5+ years of purchasing experience in automotive industry.
3. Functional skills: Price Negotiation, Cost Estimation, Sourcing Process. Familiar with IATF 16949.
4. Knowledge of logistics and inventory management is preferred.
5. English skills: Good written and oral communication skill.
6. Excellent profession ethic and communication skill
