Job description

Strategic Planning Specialist
• Partners with local management team to develop, implement and measure complex recommendations/initiatives that align with key strategic tenets of Investment Management business.
• Leads strategic organizational events to Data and Measurement, and supports plant strategic initiatives for the development, facilitation, and evaluation.
• Tracks participant information and key metrics for reporting in regular and ad-hoc processes.
• Presents findings, analysis, and recommendations in thoughtful frameworks for executive consumption and decision making.
• Takes on a leadership role across multiple disciplines by serving as the central point of coordination and control.
Tracks project team activities and deliverables and applies strategic business concepts to ensure alignment of strategy and project execution.
• Translates opportunities into operational plans.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Strategic Planning Officer Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
• Bachelor’s degree or with significant study in, or pertinent to, the specialized field including, but not limited to, management, business, administration, industrial engineering.
• Project Management knowledge – is a plus-
• Profound Ms office knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and subject matter expertise in trainings/curricula development (virtual and in-person); and policy, program, and professional development.
• Experience in training facilitation, and training-of-trainers expertise.
• Experience in strategic and/or operational planning.
• Experience developing measurement indicators to track impact of policy, programs, and other efforts.
• Experience in data collection and analysis, such as power BI and/or Tableau.
• Data analysis experience is required.
• English language (written and spoken) communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks coordinate activities.
• Ability to solve problems and encourage consistent, solid performance.
