Mission:
Technological support and planning of manufacturing and test processes to ensure that the setup of assembly and process will be according to our quality system and product introduction plans for medical devices.

Responsibilities:
1. Steer definition, development and implementation of production processes
掌控生产工艺定义,开发和执行
2. Transfer design from R&D to production (New project and Change Request)
研发设计导入(新产品和新修改)
3. Implement new production technologies regarding PE
应用新的生产技术
4. Develop and maintain production documentation (DMR, Master plan, FMEA etc.)
开发和维护生产文件
5. Productivity improvement and new production line set up;
产能提升和建立新产线
6. Participate in the digital factory project
参与数字化工厂项目
Requirements:
1. Education background: Cryogenic, material, mechanical, physics, engineering major, postgraduate preferred
学科背景：低温、材料、机械、物理，工科专业，研究生优先
2. 3~5 years or above working experience.
三到年或以上工作经验
3. Fast learner and good communication skill
有良好的学习和沟通能力
4. Good English in both speaking and writing, fluent English speaking.
良好的英语书写能力和流畅的口语能力
5. 3D modeling software skill, for example, NX;
掌握三维建模软件NX等
