根据公司的作业指导书作业，进行SMT 标签打印、上下料、贴片、外观检查、AOI等操作，完成公司生产计划，按时交货.
Print labels, feeding and blanking materials, paster, appearance inspection , AOI inspection in accordance with operation instruction, finish production plan and delivery on time.
Responsibility:
1了解并熟练操作PATIS的功能(不良项的输入、SN信息录入等)，并能独立完成 label的打印.
Well know how to handle PATIS such as defects input and SN input, etc.
2具备备料的基本能力，feeder的选用、步距设置、元器件方向确认等。
Have basic skills of set-up for materials, feeder choose, pace set, components direction confirmation, etc.
3独立操作西门子贴片机包括转线及炉前操作，一般异常及故障的处理,确认设备效率在设定的目标内。
Strong abilities to placement machine, can implement changeover and normal troubleshooting alone, and make sure machine efficiency is on target.
4熟悉电子组件的可接受性标准的判断(IPC610E),独立操作AOI设备并对误报进行筛选.
Familiar with components IPC610E, operate AOI equipment and filtrate misinformation.
5了解湿敏元器件的使用及储存规范，严格执行ESD相关要求，产线5S良好.
Realize use and storage standard of humid sensitive components, strictly execute ESD related requirement and good 5S.
6 SMT物料的数量确认，包括仓库配送物料接收和DP物料的盘点、退仓，贵重物料的保管。
Confirm SMT materials quantities, include receive Warehouse materials, take stock and return to WH of DP materials, valuable materials storage.
7严格遵守作业指导书作业，发现描述异常及时汇报给组长和主管进行反馈。
Strictly follow operation instruction, give feedback to shift leader and supervisors if any abnormal.
8上级主管安排的其它工作任务。
Other tasks that supervisor assigned.
Competencies:
1年左右SMT生产线工作经验。

对电子组件的功能和相关知识有一定的了解，能够良好地使用MS Office和Web应用程序，能够看懂简单英文。
Well know about electronic components and related knowledge, good skills about MS office and web progress, basic English skills.
