Your mission and responsibilities:

1.服从管理及高效达成安排的工作任务。
Obey management, finish work with high efficiency.
2. 严格按照作业指导书和规定的测试指令和程序准备和执行测试。
Strictly follow operation instruction, specific test instruction, progress set-up and test execution.
3. 确保测试符合规定的测试参数并根据实际情况作出适当的调整。
Ensure test meet the specification of measuring parameter, adjust case by case.
4. 进行测试运行，并在必要时对故障进行分析和维修。
Make test run, analyze and repair malfunction when necessary.
5.确保按公司流程、IPC-A-610-E标准及其它相关文件要求办事，
Ensure work as company rules, IPC-A-610-E standard and other document required.
6. 交付优质合格产品给到客户；良好的品质意识及品质事件的跟进和改善。
Dealivery high quality products to customer, have good senese of quality and its improvements.
7. 定期维护测试夹具和做好5S。
Scheduled maintainance test fixture and daily 5S .
8. 培训和指导新来的PCBA测试技术员。
Train and guide new PCBA test technician.
9. 主管安排的其它工作等等。

Other tasks that supervisor arranged.

Your qualifications and experiences:

1.1年或以上PCBA 测试和诊断维修的经验.

1 year or above PCBA test and diagnosis repair experience

2.能看懂和书写基础英语.

Basic skills for read and written English.

3.有相关电子电路基础及数字电路基础知识，可以看电路图并进行故障分析和诊断维修.

Have basic knowledge of electronic circuit and digital circuit,can realize,analyze and repair circuit diagram.

4.会使用相关仪器仪表，如：示波器、网络分析仪、信号发生器、数字万用表等.

Can use instrument and apparatus, e.g. oscillometer , network analyzer, signal generator, digital multimeter.

5.会使用相关返修工具，如：电烙铁、热风枪、BGA返修台等.

Can use repair tools,such as electronic soldering iron, hot air station, BGA repair station.

6.能熟练应用微软办公软件，如：mail、Excel、Word、PPT 等

Good skills for mail,Excel, Word, PPT.
