Mission:

根据公司的作业指导书作业，进行装配，焊接，外观检查等操作，完成公司生产计划，按时交货。

Operate assembly, soldering, appearance inspection according to the guidance, finish production, delivery on time.

掌握PCBA的知识并能根据IPC标准进行操作。按要求佩戴ESD设备，并相互监督ESD设备佩戴有效。

Operate assembly, soldering, appearance inspection according to the guidance, adorn ESD related quipment, mutual monitoring for valid adorn.

预组装：组件装配，根据要求在金属表面馈穿屏蔽孔。

Pre-assembly: component assembly, through hole in metallic surface accordingly.

手工装配和波峰焊设备：对PCBA的组件进行手工装配，PCBA的波峰焊物料准备，进行波峰焊插件和过炉操作。

Manual assembly and wave-soldering equipment: assemble PCBA component, PCBA wave soldering material set-up, operate wave-soldering plug-in and pass over furnace.

最终组装/外观检查/手动焊接：组件的手动焊接。跳线插头的装配。压装：插头连接器，solder pins, flat connectors,铆钉，pressfit标签， 标记，粘合和铆接构件。通过铣削，按压分离和侧铣刀技术对PCBA进行分离。装配机械组件（外罩，盖子，支架）对PCBA进行外观检查。

Final assembly/appearance inspection/hand soldering: element hand soldering. Assembly of jump cable plug. Press fit: plug connector, solder pins, flat connectors, rivet, pressfit label, mark, bonding and riveting components. Through molding,  pressure separation, side milling cutter to separate PCBA. Assemble machine component( outer cover, holder), inspect appearance of PCBA.

严格遵守装配和测试说明，发现描述异常及时汇报给组长和主管进行反馈。

Strictly follow assembly and test instruction, give feedback of abnormal products to supervisor timely.

严格按照作业指导书和规定的测试指令和程序准备和执行测试。

Strictly follow operation instruction, specific test instruction, progress set-up and test execution. 

确保测试符合规定的测试参数并根据实际情况作出适当的调整。

Ensure test meet the specification of measuring parameter, adjust case by case.

进行测试运行，并在必要时对故障进行分析和维修。

Make test run, analyze and repair malfunction when necessary.

确保按公司流程、IPC-A-610-E标准及其它相关文件要求办事，

Ensure work as company rules, IPC-A-610-E standard and other document required.

交付优质合格产品给到客户；良好的品质意识及品质事件的跟进和改善。

Delivery high quality products to customer, have good sense of quality and its improvements.

定期维护测试夹具和做好5S。

Be skilled for Partis, assist other colleagues dealing with assembly soldering abnormal. Finish Training before work.

主管交代的其他工作。

Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

3年左右电子组件组装焊接经验。

3 years electronic soldering experience.

对电子组件的功能和相关知识有一定的了解，能够良好地使用MS Office和Web应用程序，能够看懂简单英文。

Have related knowledge for electronic components functions, good skills for MS Office and Web program,basic skills for English

具备良好的分析能力，沟通能力和团队精神。

Good skills for analyzation, communication and team spirit.
