Job Description

·           Order management, handling delivery and communication with customers.

·           Monitoring of the delivery dates and dispatching/invoicing for finished goods in good time, to ensure timely dispatch and delivery reliability to the customer and a corresponding value flow.

·           Monitoring inventory level to guarantee high supply levels with minimum inventories in a cost-effective way.

·           Provide support for logistics activities to improve productivity.

·           Work in SCM logistics team to ensure supply chain reliability, to realize fast responsiveness to customer requests and to achieve supply chain flexibility with low supply chain costs and efficient use of supply chain assets.



Education and Experience

·         Experience:3~5 years’ experience in related supply chain field, planning, purchasing, order management, inventory control, etc.

·         Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. logistics, business relevant major preferred



Competence and Knowledge

·         English skill both in verbal and written.

·         ERP experience, SAP preferred

·     Order management; Inventory controlling.

·         Communicate effectively, respectfully, and proactively in diverse business   situations with external/internal parties.
