Job description

Goals/Mission:
- Technical investigation and support for all topics reported to SSME XP BU for the released products.Sustaining project management to keep smooth production and delivery.Product quality monitoring for the released products..

Working Partners / Contacts:
- Product manager, SCM, HSC/RSC/USC, SSME CS, SSME QP,FO XP QIB interface, Reporting to SSME XP PL QIB manager.

What are my responsibilites?
- To solve the problem in customer side timely, such as complaint correction, escalation solution.
- To do further investigation for field feedback such as complaint, escalation with CAPA process tocheck if there is any system improvement needed.
- Involve product management to get the system level problem improved with change process.
- On site technical support on request for critical issues.

- To monitor the product quality from field database to check if system improvement needed.

What do I need to qualify for the position?

Knowledge/Languages:
- Preferred is 3 years experience in X-ray product development or service experience including Rad and Fluoro system Knowledge of X-ray systems/biomedical engineering
- Familiar with the CAPA process, PEP process, change process, complaint process.
- Can lead a 'virtual' team for complaints/changes. Escalation managmenet if needed.
- International orientation, experience with international employers and customers
