SSME CS Service Logistics Business Support WTN

Service Logistics Business Support WTN (Warehousing & Transportation Networking) ensures the effectiveness, quality and constant optimization of the CS ML warehousing &  transportation activities in Asia Pacific and supports the Siemens Healthcare service regional unit activities in daily operation and implementing global standards. This role will help developing and monitoring the warehouse setup in Asia Pacific. Both the transportation & warehousing task also include the design and development of IT integration topics. This function will fulfill its mission according to the worldwide standards given by the Global functions for transportation & warehousing. This role will also act as project coordinator for all HQ related initiatives as well as responsible for continued process improvements.

• Support and ensure that all CS ML warehouse locations in Asia Pacific fulfill the global CS ML warehouse requirements for storage and parts handling, including managing the 3PLs.

• Support the regional units in integrating the international transport from CS ML to the regional unit with the local transportation from the customs boarder of the regional units to the field service engineer.

• Responsible to drive improvements with CS ML managed 3PL warehouse providers.

• CS ML representative during corporate initiatives for the AP region.

• Support the global warehouse network team from CS ML Germany in IT integration  topics between the CS ML warehouse (WMS) and the CS ML operations (SAP).

• Responsible for operation performance, Process & 3PL interface Improvement, SOP update for warehouse locations in Asia Pacific. 

• Leading/ Supporting on above business related initiatives or projects to achieve further process optimization.
