Description of responsibility:
Working in customer service headquarters, HSC engineer has the following responsibilities:
1. delivering 3rd level technical support for medical products to the Siemens Healthineers Regional Units, as well as Remote Support Centers worldwide,
2. managing hot-sites (customers with critical situations)
3. providing knowledge and maintain knowledge base to improve CSE tech competence,
4. supporting Business Lines (BL) in change process to improve product quality continuously,
5. supporting new product introduction to ensure a smooth product launch.
Experience required:
Candidate is required with min. 3 years of field service experience or developing experience of medical imaging products.
Experience of working in a multi-culture environment is preferred.
Language Skills Required:
Fluent spoken and written English
Education Background:
Bachelor degree or above in Engineering
