Specialist for Privileged Account Management (PAM) based on CyberArk

Job description

Task and Responsibilities 
• Full responsibility of PAM operations incl. Incident-, Problem- and Change Management
• Operate (Patch-Management, Backup, Monitoring) high available PAM infrastructure incl. 24/7 on call-support
• Provide 2nd Level Support for all PAM related topics
• Plan and implement Cyberark Updates & Upgrades
• Determination and analysis of client requirements
• Design and creation of functional and technical specifications based on business requirements
• Plan and Implement changes for CyberArk infrastructure
• Management of small projects and engagements from start to completion incl. quality documentation
• Support Service-Owner with governance and documentation for PAM
Required Education, Experience and Knowledge/Skills
Education: 
University degree in engineering / computer science or similar

Experience: 
At least 4+ years of IT experience with 2+ years of relevant CyberArk experience in following areas Privileged Access Security (PAS), Privileged Session Manager (PSM), Application Access Manager (AAM) & Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA).

Technical Skills:

• Proficient with CyberArk key technologies (PAS, PSM, AAM…)
• Able to perform administration of CyberArk application including CVM
• Knowledge of REST API, PACLI, PowerShell automation scripts
• Demonstrate expertise in requirements gathering and process automation
• Should have expertise in securing cloud environment (e.g. Azure, AWS)
• Good knowledge in Windows Active Directory Services, Unix/Linux
• Understanding of ITIL concepts
• Desired - CyberArk Certification

Non-Technical Skills:
• Must be able to communicate and work effectively in a multi-cultural environment. Must possess the ability to collaborate remotely with the functional teams in Germany and the USA.
• Must be a self-starter, capable of working with very little supervision
• Must be capable of taking initiative, with a firm understanding of the final goal to be achieved
• Must be an excellent team player
• Willingness to provide on call duty (24/7) for PAM infrastructure as well as work in shift model
