Solution Engineer

Job description

1) The engineer will be deputed at site to provide the AMC service support on the delivered SCADA, F&S system
2) He is the first point of contact to the customer for all project related activities
3) The Engineer shall have the good customer relationship management ( CRM)
4) Coordinate with back office in regular basis and resolve the issues
5)  Available 24X7 on phone / Internet and provide remote support as and when issue arises
6) The Engineer shall have the Technical skills in SCADA, System Admin , Forecasting & scheduling applications
7) The Engineer shall have the knowledge in Remote Terminal Unit ( RTU), IEC 101/104 protocol 
8) The Engineer shall have the knowledge of preparing the Database, Single Line Diagram, trouble shooting of netwrok etc..
9) AMC report submit and get the customer approval
10) Followup with customer for the Cash collection
