JobType:                      Full Time

Duties:    Responsible forsuccessful application of the PLM implementation methodology and Industry BestPractices. Report to the Electronics, Semiconductor, Medical device andConsumer Products and Retail Technology Director. Responsible for the technicalprojects. Ensure that best practices are followed and that the functionalspecification is implemented correctly. Guide the offshore team to successfullyimplement documented functional specifications. Assist the Project Manager withestimates, detailed work breakdown structure, and enforcement of scope for theproject. Become a trusted advisor to the customer to steer customer towardsBest Practices. Write functional specs to document all detailed implementationinformation for the project. Work with QA lead to execute Quality Assuranceprocess. Run workshops to execute the Solution Definition portion of Deliverymethodology. Communicate design direction to team members and stakeholders in atimely and clear fashion. Support the Engagement Manager on preparation ofproposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications. Managecustomer expectations across project cycle. 50% domestic and internationaltravel is required. 50% telecommuting is permitted.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or itsforeign equivalent, in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering,Computer Science, or in a related field and 96 months of experience in the joboffered or in a related Engineering occupation. The position requiresexperience in the following: Designing Teamcenter solutions or experience withother similar products, such as Enovia, ePDM, Windchill, Aras Innovator orAgile; 8 years of experience implementing Teamcenter and CAD/CAM/CAE solutionsfor semiconductor or consumer products industries; 3 years of experienceproviding technical expertise to a team of consultants during a softwareimplementation; 3 years of experience performing customer facing softwareimplementation; - 3 years of experience working as a technical architect ofsmall software implementation projects; 3 years of experience detailingtechnical work break down structures and tracking work packages; 3 years ofexperience working with Iterative Development methodologies; 3 years ofexperience interpreting and reporting results to senior management andconsumers.
