Then come and join our Customer Support andNorthwest Europe Zone Team as Automation IT specialist and Solution Architect toprovide highly visible, Automation IT technical support to our customers (HealthCenters, Medical Centers and Hospitals) based in Finland and Baltics.
This role is home based and will involvetravel (approximately 50%) to customer sites throughout Finland.
Extensive training on Siemens Healthineersautomation IT products will be provided.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for successfullyimplementing Siemens Healthineers laboratory diagnostics IT systems within thepredetermined time frame without compromising on quality for the Finnish andBaltic regions.
- Throughout the project implementationphase, you will offer remote or onsite installation/configuration support.
- Conduct standardized application and ITtraining in your local language, educating the customer and other relevanttarget groups.
- Support and provide feedback to the localproject manager during all phases of the automation IT project.
- Provide customer support during the Go-livephase and promptly address and resolve tickets and issues in the field as theyarise.
- Responsible for planning and executingsystem upgrades in the field.
- Responsible for designing, developing, andimplementing the customer Laboratory workflow.
- Support and contribute to building the ITinfrastructure and establishing the networking environment while adhering toSiemens Healthineers requirements.
Your qualifications and experience:
To succeed in the position, you should have:
- a technical university or upper secondaryeducation, preferably with a focus on IT informatics, medical technology, or Biomedicalengineering
- You have an excellent understanding of thelaboratory workflow and in-vitro healthcare diagnostics in general. Preferablywith but not limited to Diagnostics/ IT and Inpeco Automation is an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure,networking, cloud technologies, MySQL and Microsoft SQL databases, Linux RedHat, and Microsoft operating systems
- You are familiar with automating processesand scripting programming, for example, python and Bash
- Strong interpersonal and communicationskills. You are at ease collaborating with customers and colleagues at alllevels. Your organizational ability enables you always to maintain an overviewin complex situations
- Willingness to travel to customer siteswith an expected 50% travel of your time
- Strong verbal and written language skillsin both Finnish and English
- Professional attitude, cooperation, and organizationalskills
- Driver's license for car
