From AC & DC charging infrastructure, connected services, digital charging software & services (driver, station, depot, enterprise & fleets), to smart charging & fleet management, charging operations for fleets and ship-to-shore power supply.
What part will you play?
- You align and prioritize with product management regarding the portfolio roadmap and its dependencies
- You ensure timely and high-quality delivery of agile SaaS cloud software developed by our global development teams
- You guide and coach product owners in their analysis and slicing activities
- You align the portfolio priorities with cyber security, system architecture, cloud operations, and data analytics needs
- Therefore you foster a culture of collaboration and transparent communication among R&D, product management, and other key functions
- You identify and manage risks on the delivery of different initiatives and define the respective mitigations
- In Addition, you actively enable continuous improvement of software development and operations processes in terms of cost and delivery speed collaboratively with program leads, development teams, and agile coaches
- You coordinate releases, ensuring production deployments with minimal to no downtime for business

- You hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering
- You bring long-term hands-on experience in software development
- You possess profound knowledge in Lean development methods and are an expert in process improvement
- You have a systems thinking approach to IT systems, coupled with a hands-on mentality and skills
- You have a deep understanding of data analytics, IoT, and/or eMobility
- You have very strong project management experience
- You are fluent in English, and German language skills will help you thrive in our international environment
