Software QoR Engineer(Aprisa)

THE JOB

Siemens EDA is looking for a junior Software Developer to join Aprisa family.

You will be a meaningful member on the team, leading by sophisticated engineers and work on exciting projects. You will report to a software development manager who will be utterly dedicated to your success and the success of Aprisa family. The job requires you prioritise the schedule of projects. You will meet development and training expectations by working with the team.

You are flexible & eager to learn new things. Experience in software development that match the making impact role you’re about to seek is a huge plus.

-  Identify and report actively on QoR and other issues

-  Analyze and reproduce issues and provide replay that would expedite the development with minimum resource to fix and improve

-  Verify fixes and improvements, and provide QoR results to corresponding parties

-  Improve and expand coverage over various components and collaborate with different teams for future developments

-  Respond, recover and resolve any critical issues that might impact development cycles

-  Deliver and support customers over various aspects of release products

WHAT YOU HAVE DONE

With Bachelor or Master’s degree in EE, CE, or CS with above 2 to 4 years validated experiences on large-scale enterprise software projects is extraordinary but not required. Although, of course, that if you know how to develop new algorithms, handle placement in large-scale software projects, is much appreciated.

Bachelor of Science or Master of Science. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering with 2~4-year experiences in industry.

-  Programming skills in C/C++ or any other popular languages

-  UNIX experience and shell scripting

-  Capable of working independently as well as collaborating with different teams

-  + Needs to accommodate working hours with team members in different time zones.

-  Good interpersonal skills

-  Must be a self-motivated learner with a proactive demeanor towards unfamiliar ideas and areas

-  Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

-  Knowledge of IC design flow (front/back end) experience

-  1-5 years experiences w/ IC EDA tool usage.

-  Experience with TCL scripting
