Brightly continues to grow, and it needs a tech savvy internto support its team of amazing engineers. This opportunity is an excellent fitfor a student in a Computer Science field. The intern will work alongside ourtop-notch engineers and product team to implement, deliver and support ourhighly ambitious products and integrations. We care deeply about your passionand dedication to the craft of software.

What you’ll bedoing 

·      Learnand contribute to how we build innovative and performant features into oursoftware applications.

·      Writeclear, maintainable, and well-tested code.

·       Contribute to unit, integration, UI, and performance testingto ensure quality

·      Aidin the troubleshooting and resolution of production and internal supportissues.

·      Participatein agile ceremonies

·      Learnabout the product lifecycle with other engineers, development managers, andproduct managers

·      Adhereto existing standards

·      Be apart of continuous process improvement

·      Embracechange in a fast-paced work environment, while being a positive influence onthose you work with

What you need: 

·      Experiencewith Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, Algorithms, or WebProgramming. Ideally with experience in the following:

o    C#

o    ASP.Net

o    JavaScript/TypeScript

o    Modern SPA Frameworks

·      Enrollmentin a university program with a major in Computer Science or SoftwareEngineering

·      Acollaborative mindset

·      Adrive to improve yourself and the team you work with

Nice to Have:

·      Experiencewith Agile methodologies

·      Experiencewith application testing frameworks and practices

·      Priordevelopment work experience

The pay range for this position is $28/hourly. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
