What you’ll be doing


  • Build innovative andperformant features into our next-generation software applications. Applydeep knowledge of computer science & programming principles, combined withempirical experience into innovative solutions.
  • Develop, implement,document libraries and frameworks that allow us to effectively scaledevelopment on our applications across multiple projects as common services orcomponents, within scope, cost, time & quality constraints.
  • Build quality intoagile product lifecycle encompassing requirements, design, code, testing,delivery, support.
  • Write clearmaintainable full-stack code, adhere/improve/augment existing standards, workin a professional software engineering environment (source control, shortenedrelease cycles, continuous integration, and deployment, etc.).
  • Understand companygoals and metrics and align with code objectives. 
  • Partner with productowners and UX on what’s feasible technically, participate in user requirementstranslation to technical specifications.
  • Support our products, identify,and fix root causes of production incidents, contribute to troubleshooting andresolution of support issues.
  • Own product quality andwork to quickly address production defects.
  • Embed a DevOpsmentality within the team.
  • Demonstrate data-drivenanalysis and pragmatic decision making aligned with business and technologyneeds. Differentiate between immediate needs vs long term solutions.
  • Challenge yourself andyour team to stay current with the latest technology trends.
  • Collaborate in productlifecycle with senior engineers, development managers, product managers,scrum-masters in an agile environment, with scrum implemented at scaleglobally.

What you need

  • Bachelor’s in computerscience or related discipline; or equivalent work experience
  • 2-5 years of workexperience
  • 2+ years’ web-based enterpriseapplications using JavaScript frameworks
  • 2+ years’ RESTservices, SOA, micro-services
  • 2+ years’ unit testing,mocking frameworks, test automation frameworks
  • 2+ years’ experienceworking in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Good understanding of datastructures and algorithms, object-oriented programming, databases, SQL, webprogramming, design patterns, SOLID principles
  • DevOps mindset –experience in a mature CI/CD SDLC environment, implemented exception handling,logging, monitoring, performance measurement, operational metrics knowledge
  • Understanding thenature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
  • Experience implementingautomated testing platforms and unit tests
  • Experience indeveloping highly optimized, responsive, cross-browser with HTML5, CSS3,JQuery.
  • Experience with design frameworkslike Bootstrap, Material UI
  • Building reusablecomponents and front-end libraries for future use
  • Translating designs andwireframes into high-quality code
  • Must be familiar withbrowser debugging tools such as Chrome DevTools, firebird, etc.
  • Knowledge of andfamiliarity with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
  • Good analytical andproblem-solving aptitude
  • Strong communication,partnership, teamwork skills required
