Duties: Design, develop, modify, and implement software programming for internal and external products. Responsible for ensuring the overall functional quality of the released product on all required platforms and mechanisms. Understand complex products, solutions, and problems. Create documents and execute software designs involving complicated workflows or multiple product areas. Act as technical project lead. Work on complex projects. Ability to work on an agile team collaborating with other teams across the firm.
Requirements: The employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science or related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. The position requires experience in the following: JavaScript; JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or VUE; CSS; Node.js; Browser debugging; Unit test framework such as Jasmine or Karma; Backend server-side development using C++ or C#/.NET; DevOps methodologies like CI/CD pipeline. 60% telecommuting permitted within a commutable distance.
