Join our team as “Software Engineer for Design-for-Test (DFT)tools” and work from our office in Poznan, Poland or Hamburg, Germany.

We are looking for a highly motivated and capable Software Engineer to jointhe R&D team developing Design-for-Test (DFT) tools as part of theindustry-leading Tessent product line. These advanced tools are vital tosilicon validation of integrated circuits and used by the world’s leadingsemiconductor companies.

You’ll help our customers drive digital innovation 

Development will be done in C++ on a Linux platform. The candidate must beable to design and implement high-quality, very efficient, and maintainablesoftware solutions to complex problems. Additionally, the candidate is expectedto be a fast learner and self-starter, with excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills, and ability to work effectively within a distributedteam.

High productivity, fast learning, strong problem-solving skills, and theability to architect and implement high-quality and maintainable software arekey. Equally crucial for success are strong teamwork and communication skills,self-drive, and a positive can-do attitude.

Ideal candidates would possess the following qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelors(or higher) in Computer/Electrical Engineering, or other related field.
• C++programming experience.
• Understandingof software architecture best practices and object-oriented programming.
• Excellentand creative problem-solving skills, including skills with algorithms and datastructures.
• At leastbasic knowledge of digital logic design.
• Attentionto details and high-quality work.
• Excellentverbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred:

• Backgroundin DFT is a strong plus.
• Hardwaredescription languages: Verilog, SystemVerilog.
• Experiencewith software development on Linux, and development tools such as Git.
• Knowledgeof machine learning methodologies.
