SMVS Strategic Procurement Engineer 战略采购工程师

For our procurement team, we are looking for a strategic procurement engineer to help us drive medium voltage products within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you.

- In charge of specific material fields/suppliers: responsible for demand analysis, market analysis, supplier analysis, RFQ, cost comparison, decision making with cross functional teams.

- Responsible for negotiation and contract management with the supplier.

- Close and frequent cooperate, communicate with other Siemens Locations Worldwide, especially with commodity manager. Drive and implement common agreed activities in SMVS.

- Work with cross function/commodity manager to optimize supply base via localization, 2nd source projects.

- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

- Bachelor or above degree in mechanical or engineering major, master or above degree is preferred.

- Strong analytical skills, communication skills and negotiation skills

- Good knowledge of spoken and written English

- Ability to acquire and evaluate data and conduct cost/pricing analyses.

- Logical and systematical thinking skill and project result oriented.

- Other Qualifications: analytic skills, team player, initiative of one's own / proactive and independently working ability.
