Introduction

For this position you should have experience working as a project manager and at least four years of professional experience in strategy consulting.

At SMC you will be responsible for all aspects of project execution, and you will develop sustainable solutions and strategic plans for a global company leading the technology sector. Together with your team you will work on site with SMC clients, all around the world. You will also be the first point of contact for all project-related activities.

What are my responsibilities?

· Leading consulting projects and assuming overall responsibility for their success
· Managing team and client collaboration
· Evaluating project team members and fostering their individual development Presenting project results to top management

What do I need to qualify for this job?

· Project manager with at least four years of professional experience in strategy consulting, preferably in China
· Excellent university degree (Master), ideally supplemented with an MBA/PhD
· International work experience of at least one to two years, preferably in the USA or Europe
· Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
· Distinctive entrepreneurial and global mindset
· Convincing communication skills in English and business-fluent Chinese (Mandarin)
· Strong interpersonal skills and proven team player
· Mobility and flexibility
