the right content to target groups including customers, prospects, analysts as well as employees are of great importancein our daily work. This is the key to the organization’s growth. The communications team will also grow with businessgrowth.

Job Description
· Being a key player of the Communications of Siemens Ltd., China Business Partner team，support BP manager
to plan, develop and implement communication strategies and activities; providing communication support toMobility Division Head.
· Management support: to assist division head to draft employee letter, external customer letter, as well as slidesand speeches for internal and external audience.
· Coordinating and supporting communication activities for business units; Identifying and clarifying the briefing,checking budget, working with business teams and other internal teams to make sure good result and smoothinternal process.
· Creating internal media/channels to convey messages/contents to internal audience, such as editing employeenewsletter, leading employee campaign and maintain intranet and internet, in collaboration with otherdepartments.
· Organizing and coordinating internal employee communication activities, e.g. management meeting or
employee meeting.
· Working closely with different teams in Communication department and building up smooth and efficient
communications.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
· Bachelor degree or above in English or relevant; Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
· At least 3 years' relevant working experience in internal communication, content communication field
· Profound internal communication knowledge or experience especially in English writing skills
· Good PPT skills for reporting with ability of good understanding of business strategy
· Ability to be creative, and good cross function collaboration skills
· Good communication and presentation skills
· Excellent team spirits
