For our Financial Share Service we are looking for a Specialist at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?

Mission

Accurate and timely execution of transactional services defined in the global product catalogue for internal customers in accordance with company regulations and guidelines.

FSS external: Customers, users and external partners

FSS internal: GO DC-XX BL management & experts, FSS GO DC-XX management & cross support functions, regional FSS BL

Responsibility (fully):

· In the respective area of responsibility delivers transactional services in according to SLA in demanded quality and in accordance with company regulations and guidelines

Compliance & Risk Management (fully):

· Accomplishment and participation in compliance program and internal control activities
· Support data completion in compliance with company rules and regulations of customers
· Provides the routine checks of internal control system (SOA, RIC, etc.)
· Prepares documentation for auditors of particular customer

Customers (& Partners) (Partially):

· Daily communication with customers & external partners in agreed language(s) on professional level

Processes (partially):

· Develops through professional knowledge of business processes and the role of FSS within the respective area of responsibility (fully)
· Executes assigned tasks and activities with high efficiency and quality following the company and customer rules, regulations, policies and/or instructions (fully)
· Demonstrates strong service delivery focus (fully)
· Implements continuous improvements of provided services through analytical KPI-based approach
· Implements new and updated processes
· Participates in training activities and programs for new procedures, service extensions or enhancements
· Supports and performs other assigned tasks as required
· Provides dedicated FSS services from the global product catalogue within the own area of responsibility with high efficiency based on individual task descriptions

AFS: Support /contributes to providing standard accounting services by processing transactions in line with company regulations and guidelines for a specific AFS service line

Reporting Specialist:

-Ensure general ledgers are in line with PRC/IFRS GAAP, Local Business assets and liability are in correct record and sufficient control;

-Ensure accuracy and timeliness in Month end closing and Year end closing

-Monitor and Convert source data into Esprit, solve the errors during this process

- Esprit V.S. SAP data reconciliation, Error analysis and follow up.

- Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliation, and ensure proper follow up.

- Coordinate and Participate in external and internal auditing

- Work with customer to complete the ADstar based on the closing timeline

- Ensure that adequate and effective internal controls are in place and that processes and policies are established and documented in compliance with SOA and other corporate requirements

- Other related finance and accounting activities or ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Knowledge:

Functional Expertise

-Bachelor in accounting or Finance

-Typically 2-3 years experience in GL from MNC companies

- Six Sigma, Green Certification Holder preferred

- Be familiar with PRC GAAP / IFRS GAAP

- SAP (other ERP system where applicable) knowledge

- Fluent English both Writing and Speaking

- Techonolgy: Ms Excel, Word andPowerpoint

- Methodology: time management,multi-tasking & data management

- Communication skills and problem solving skills

Technology Fields & Business Methods

· Continuous Improvement/Lean Management –Quality Improvement Methods

Understanding quality management methodology, understanding quality KPIs, quality reporting, quality improvement programs, continuous quality and efficiency improvement, quality improvement methods and tools in the respective area of responsibility

· Project Management –Project Controlling/Closure

Support on projects

Further Required Knowledge

· Min. 1 year experience user knowledge in specific IT-Systems e.g. SAP (and/or other systems if applicable), MS Office and Case & Order management.

Fields of Experiences

Service Business

· Typically 1 to 3 years of experience within service operations/service management area (in two or more business processes/areas)

International Exposure

· At least 1 years of international exposure required for cross border service delivery positions

· Min. secondary education or comparable educational background.
