Position Title: Executive - Maintenance

Looking for New opportunities in Process Solutions? We have got you covered. We are looking for individuals like you who will help us change the face of Process Solutions -Large Drive Applications for our Portfolio Companies!

Years of Relevant Experience Required:

BE - Electronics & Communication/ Instrumentation with Minimum 6 Yrs Experience and minimum 4 Years in Steel Melting shop and Cast house of Smelter!

Experience Requirements:

·  Working experience of control and field instrumentation for converters, Transfer car mechanism, Ladle furnaces, Tilting stand, Over head cranes, Continuous casting shop, Slab caster, Bloom caster, Twin hearth furnace. Degasser, De sulphurisation plant, etc.
·  Thorough knowledge and an expert of Steel melting shop process and Maintenance process
·  Hands on experience of resolving critical breakdowns related to Siemens make S7-PLC, Communication system, Siemens Si-motion Drives and HMI system
·  Experience of managing and building a team of more than 50 members and ability to work as a service provider at customer location, able to manage and convince customer accurate justification, data and MIS.
·  Good communication and presentation skills and excellent academic records since SSC or class X

Should have working experience, good understanding and knowledge of following tools/systems:

·  Siemens S7 PLC
·  Simatic Drives
·  SCADA – System
·  Remote control and operation platform
·  Field Instrumentation like transmitter, flow, level and temperature measurements.
·  Profibus & Profinet system
·  Overhead crane control system
