Project Overview

Siemens is a part of BACS consortium responsible for the design and build of Lines 1 and 2 of the Riyadh Metro network. These two lines will form part of the six-line metro system that will run for a total length of 176 kilometers across the city and includes 85 stations.

Mission

The Document Controller is responsible for maintaining and managing all documents and letters of the Riyadh Metro project in line with Siemens and BACS guidelines. The document controller maintains and examines related files, keeping the files accessible and stored for future reference.

What are my responsibilities?

· support in management of project through efficient processing of information to and from project team
· Setting up, designing and administering the documentation system
· Supporting communication within the project
· Setting up and handling the administrative infrastructure for the project team
· Marinating and updating the database and also manual filing
· Prepare the plan for Client
· Set up proper KPI for measuring status and progress for documentation control
· Ensure the document control process is implemented and followed up on by the Organization looking at Key factors like reliability of the access to last version of documents, and to letters

What do I need to qualify for this job?

· Solid Education background or equivalent qualification
· Proven track record working similar function ideally from large infrastructure projects
· KSA or MEA first work experience is highly appreciated
· Solid IT skills working experience with different tools and software
· Very Good English, Arabic highly appreciated
