What are my responsibilities?

1.Develop clear battery business strategy, action plan and target customers;

2.Align with HQ about the China strategy, and organize related resource to support business

3.Ensure to achieve the business target of responsible battery branch.

4.Increase Siemens market share of customer by outperform competitions.

5.Develop and manage customer machine opportunity with clear full transparency

6.Invest the branch marketing & promotion.

7.Enhance and Transfer the battery branch knowledge to co-worker.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

·4 Years working experience in industry control field, above 2 years working in battery business field.

·Branch development experience would be positive for this position

·Sales and marketing skills, Presentation skill and communication skill

·Good at logic and structured thinking, analyzing and communicating;

·Passion, Creative, open, positive thinking, optimistic, result oriented, capable of working under high pressure;

·Excellent English in speaking, listening, writing and reading

·Familiar with Siemens motion control products or solution is preferred. Experience and knowledge TIA and PLM is desired
