Job Description

What are my responsibilities?

·  As sub/project manager defines and controls iterative targets and allocate resources for the implementation;Supervise the implementation of the defined configuration and build framework policies
·  Collaborate with product team (architects/software domain architect, test manager, project manager and SW-experts) to define and optimize the concept of the Software Integration-, Build-, Configuration- and Version Management system including infrastructural needs, administration and maintenance
·  Definition of the quality criteria (platform, framework) of a project or product respectively together with product team to ensure quality of architectural properties (maintainability, consistency, compatibility, expand-ability, sizing, performance, robustness, test-ability etc.);
·  knowledge sharing and driving continuous improvement at configuration management (framework, policies and processes related to product development and CM)
·  Definition of SW transfer- and release procedures; co-ordination of all supplying and receiving partners for SW handovers
·  Introduction, supervision and application of SW-metric-tools and SW-code-analysis-tools in CM; Compilation of documentation for reporting (CM statistics, change reports); Promotes co-operation and team spirit

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Bachelor degree or above, at least 8 years work experience in software development
'Preferred experience of configuration management, making configuration plan for large software system, from concept design up to release.
Good skills on communication with international culture team.
Good skills on conflict management and risk recognition and management.
Preferred basic knowledge and experience of systematic design and value benefit analysis
Preferred experience of risk assessment and risk mitigation planning.
Good know-how on build automation.
Advanced knowledge of using tools for configuration management/version control (such as ClearCase).
Advanced knowledge on build management.
Good knowledge and sense of software development and test process.
Basic knowledge of modern software engineering and software framework
Basic knowledge of software design engineering systems programs, incl. compile and build system, script engineering, automation test tool, etc.
Good English, business level.
