Job Description

What are my responsibilities?
Establishes and develops cost account systematic for the assigned unit. Analyzes and attributes variable and fixed cost portion to the respective cost accounts.
Conducts product profit margin analysis (sales revenue vs. cost of sales, variable costs and fixed costs).
建立和发展完善成本会计核算系统和体系，归纳和分析固定成本和变动成本情况，进行产品利润率分析。
Maintains annual standard calculations schemes for machine usage, material, labor, and overhead, and provides cost calculation base for product pricing.
维护年度标准成本计算,考虑机器利用率,劳动力,人员成本开销等成本要素,为产品定价提供成本核算的基础。
Maintenance & control CO masters e.g. cost center/ profit center, allocation key, statistic key figure, activity type, activity price
维护与控制SAP CO模块主数据，如成本中心和利润中心、分配指标、活动类型、单位价格。
Cost center expense analysis and control
SRE cost collection and control
RD and project cost collection and control
公司各部门成本费用分析和控制。

NC, bulk and IO etc directly cost control
非生产性额外费用/bulk材料/内部订单成本的控制。
Assist and prepare rolling forecast, annual budget
Support for BA controller for cost analysis
协助准备滚动预算和年度预算。
支持商务人员作成本分析。
SAP system setting for new business type
应对公司新兴业务进行SAP的相关系统设置。

What do I need to qualify for this job?
At Least 6 year practical experience in Accounting and Tax Area, 3-5 years should focus on cost accounting or FP&A
Working experience in MNCs and of good communication skills
Major in Finance or Accounting / Bachelor or above
Excellent English communication skill
Strong leadership and capacity of planning, organize and coach
